Description

Custom Three Side Seal bags, priced lower than Custom Stand Up Pouches, are popular for their ease and speed of filling. The design allows products to be loaded through the top, just as customers access them. Additionally, bags with zippers can be used without heat sealing, though this is not recommended for optimal product protection. 

Custom Three Side Seal bags are constructed with strong, durable layers that are puncture-resistant, ensuring reliable performance during both vacuum sealing and freezing. The thickness typically ranges from 40 micron-120 micron for single-layer, with 150 micron and 200 micron available as well.

For added versatility, you can include a Euro slot in your custom three side seal bags, making them ideal for merchandising and point-of-sale product displays. Heat sealing depends on the inner layer material, with both CPP and PE materials being heat-sealable. All bags are compatible with manual, industrial, and automatic heat sealing machines.
